Participation in a consultation does not create a client relationship unless a separate commercial agreement is entered into.

Clients should avoid sharing highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential data directly into public AI systems unless approved by their organisation.
11. Third-Party Tools & AI Platforms
RepAI may reference or utilise third-party platforms including AI tools, SaaS products, language models, automation systems, or workflow tools.
RepAI is not responsible for:
- third-party platform outages
- third-party data handling
- pricing changes
- AI model behaviour
- API availability
- third-party product decisions
Use of third-party platforms remains subject to the provider’s own terms and policies.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepAI shall not be liable for:
- indirect losses
- loss of profits
- loss of business opportunity
- loss of data
- operational disruption
- reputational damage
- reliance on AI-generated outputs
RepAI’s total liability relating to any services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant services.
